Decent amount of paid leave time including additional sick pay. Free family health insurance is a huge perk and provides decent coverage for the average person. The current pay and the raises do not cover basic realistic cost of living. So you will need to get another job or if you are lucky your significant other could cover that for you. Health insurance is free but is falling shorter and shorter every year. The culture, if you want to call it that is non existent. That's a lie it is terribly bad.Supervisors get added responsibilities without significant pay. I learned that you need to have a work life balance to be happy. I learned that diversity is essential. Direct hall management was well organized and personable. Workplace culture overall is relaxed and welcoming. The Hardest part of the job was ensuring paperwork was filled out properly, and that you also have time to finish your homework.
