Only management gets raises and everyone on the bottom stay on the same salaries for years. They do not care if you decide to leave. They always prefer someone who speaks spanish no matter if they’re qualified for job or not. I really had a bad experience workong as an intern, i mostly spend my day sitting doing absolutely nothing rather than organizing files. I haven’t learned anything.
