Reputable Brand with Little Growth
|
Stress level is low if you are looking for a comfortable position with high job security and ready to retire. Not great for people who are early in their career and have lots of ambition. Unclear career path and upward mobility. During the 3 years i worked there, no one I know got promoted. VP and above spend efforts doing reorganizations all day. Constant reshuffle. it's likely you would report to a different VP every year without the content of the job being changed much

Busy workload
|
Busy department all the time. Have 10 scanners throughout the hospital and probably up to 100 protocols. It is a teaching hospital so there are doctors that order a bunch of scans. Benefits from the hospital are great however pay compared to surrounding hospitals are no good. Supervisor cristie has favorites and it shows; she needs to retire 👋🏻
