Overall I enjoyed working with Northwood Ravin hands down one of the best!! Unfortunately former CM was very micromanaging towards entire staff forcing staff to make tough decision to leave such a great company.

Una compañía muy racista, con un ambiente laboral muy desagradable

De seguir trabajando en la forma que lo están haciendo, no solo van a llevar al deterioro de las propiedades, sino también a la quiebra, no saben trabajar y no aprecian el trabajo de un empleado que quiere hacer bien su trabajo y se preocupa porque las cosas marchen, les importa más la supremacia anglosajona aunque no sepan ni dónde bed están parados, que las habilidades y conocimiento que tenga un empleado por el solo hecho de ser hispano, sea el dueño anterior corrió a la compañía que le administró sus propiedades , a esta compañía la va a tener que correr más rápido si no quiere ir a la bancarrota y desvaluar sus propiedades, en especial bajo la administración de las manejadoras que tiene en el Domaind

I loved the company culture and the group training they offered. I was unfortunately hired at a time where there were many upper management changes and I had no regional manager to guide me as a new employee managing a luxury mid rise lease up still under construction. This was acknowledged by the director and I was given a wonderful referral.

Culture that is promoted is not the culture that exists

I had to laugh at the comment about the "mean girls", because it is 100% true. I have never seen so much hypocrisy and favoritism as is exhibited at this company. Incompetence is rewarded and promoted. They promote an inclusive culture that welcomes employee input and feedback, yet they refuse to use that feedback to improve. Double standards are the norm at Northwood Ravin.
