Products are great - but need to be stabilized and need to follow innovations' trends

Lack of visibility due to acquisition followed by merger - i guess this will change soon
Products don't evolve as they should (lack of r&d and product resources?)
Meritocracy sometimes lost to cronyism ; therefore management seems to be way too junior (also due to fast growing context).

Ultimate Software has won awards as the best 'Best Place to Work' perhaps in the USA but non in Europe!
A very disappointing HR department ( HR, based in France) the overall company benefits are non existent compared to the way Ultimate Software pride themselves for benefits in the US. Promises made, but never delivered even after 1 year.
