Family environment, close to home, good pay, started as a great company w/ a great mission. Constantly screaming broke, lots of over paid under qualified Mgmt material running rough shot, HR Dept that causes panic & hysteria instead of being helpful & competent, drama & gossip runs rampant throughout the building, same rules don’t apply to the everyone, training for some departments is horrible, outsourcing to the Philippines is ridiculous, you have a handful of awesome employees who bust their butt everyday & then the rest of the building who are lazy, self entitled and do absolutely nothing but sit on their phone, surf the web and stand around at theirs friends desks and talk. As predicted by another review from 2018 - this company didn’t last another two years. Currently filing bankruptcy & in talks with their top competitor for a buyout. Hopefully the next company can weed out the bad seeds (Mgmt included) and turn this place around. They are constantly borrowing money from lenders and screaming broke. Management/Supervisors are best friends with higher ups, but guess what... when they leave you will not be going with them. Its is important to not read the 2 good reviews. This place is a "Who you know" type of place. People get promoted if they are best friends with the CEO or Vice President, or if their daddy works there, literally. There is only like 5 people in every department or less because everyone was fired and/or quit. They are so behind it is insane. They will overwork you and will barely give you a break to potty. They hired so many people in the Philippians, outsourcing and still they have been to no help of the company! There are Supervisors here who control the company. HR is not helpful to the employees because she are trying to be best friends with CEO/VP/Supervisors/Managers. She is not interested in what's best for the employees. They have demoted and let go particularly 1 "group" of people.
