Company bought and great product but due to lack of vision with management, leadership is not there. The work/life balance is ok and nice to help patients.
We have support that helps us in the field but compensation plan is not there as of yet.

Good people, atmosphere, location, etc.
Company went bankrupt.
New owners are re-building.
For better or worse, who knows?
Things don't seem the way they used to be.

Great place to work for. Lack of funds for growth. Unfortunately the company has declared bankruptcy and is about to be purchased by a smaller competitor in Virtuox. Most current employees do not want to work for Virtuox because of conflicting values in management.

The company overall seemed to be doing very well but working in a call center is exactly as you'd expect. its negative, exhausting, boring, everyone chain smokes and advancement is minimal. The only positive I can say about the job itself is it paid well for a call center

Mangement was awful. The mangers were very disrespectful and treated everyone else as if they were nothing. The HR staff was also very demeaning. It's a very childish and petty environment. A lot of politics which will affect your enjoyment of the job, which is unfortunate because they have a great staff!!
