They don't like to rehire most of them, either. Administration lacks consistency on every level -- discipline, academics, and direction. The students say they pay for As and Bs and that the formative and summative assessment system is a joke the way it's implemented. I enjoyed working with co-workers in my department, but as a whole, people seem to keep the new people at a distance, probably because they are afraid and know the new people won't be there next year.
