Outsourced Opportunity with a Big Four Client

Working with Novitex and servicing a Big Four client was pretty rewarding. It offered an opportunity for growth and a lot of client exposure.
|
Novitex just said yes to everything the clients asked. The staff had to meet the more stringent requirement and complete the demands of the client. A lot of staff left because there was hardly any benefits, low salary and too much work with little or no incentive.

The Companies Novitex employees are contracted with are well known, solid and secure.
|
Employees will go years without and raises, bonuses.I went for years without a review. The corporation is too interested in forcing Team Leads ( who are really managers, but title them as Team Lead so as to pay them less while requiring overwork) smoke screen numbers, charts, graphs, reports, phone conference meetings that really don't help employees much. If we needed a service, it was implemented by someone halfway across the country. Each department is headed by persons in other states, making it difficult to reach out due to time zones.

Show appreciation for employees! They are navigating the deathly FL I4 E & W through crazy drivers, construction everywhere, torrential rains and tornadic winds! They systematically recv, sort and scan, then deliver the mail to the clients while also providing specialized services as well. Do not forget the scope of the employee's tasks. And don't indignate them by throwing a measly 20 cent raise at them after many years of Nothing. There are many 'faux' companies out there...of which you are one. Your employees are the machine that makes your company run. Inspire them...do not stagnate them.
