Rapidly changing and convoluted employee resource systems, software, and data input (payroll, goals/reviews, expense reporting, employee survey, and IT support/trouble tickets). Lack of advancement and training opportunities that are on the clock or across departments. Numerous communications that are challenging to glean useful information relevant to the employee.

Streamline and allow time for systems that employees use to accomplish work not related to their projects (goals/reviews, troubleshooting workstations and deploying equipment, IT help, open enrollment and adjusting benefits, navigating life events like FMLA and dependent care, joining workplace groups...)
