1. You will be given 6 months for probation. You will be travelling to many places at your own expenses.
2. You will be working overtime because the roadshows are done after 6pm at times and events are held on weekends. The best part is that senior management will be quiet on returning the overtime with remuneration or time off.
3. They will forcefully ask you to join all may day events to support NTUC and PAP.
4. High turnover of IROs as the senior management does not care about new IROs.
