the engineering team at Numa is truly exceptional. They are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and genuinely wonderful individuals.

Working at Numa certainly didn't meet my expectations. Despite the notion of set boundaries regarding excessive working hours, the company has a tendency to dismiss those who leave by claiming they couldn't handle the demands of a startup environment. This assertion is fundamentally untrue. The turnover rate in the Customer Success department at Numa is unlike anything I have ever witnessed. In the span of approx a year, ~60% of the CSM team left the company. At some point, it becomes evident that the issue lies not with the individuals but with the management. The sales team consistently failed to meet their goals, yet the blame would often fall on the Customer Success or Implementation teams. Strangely, there were no bonuses or opportunities for OTE related to customer retention or expansion for CSM or implementation roles. One significant problem at Numa is the glaring disconnect between the idealistic vision of the CEO & sales leadership & the reality of financlaly real-world challenges.
