It would be fantastic to refresh all tech in the office every 3 years if possible including the testing devices and personal computers. Other than that just keep doing what you're doing. The company has gone through a lot of transition, growing pains, and changes in personnel over the last year or so, but the dedication of leadership to keeping the culture intact has been incredible. In my time here I have watched the focus change to very forward thinking and pro-active decision making in both technology and hiring decisions. Michael and Roxanne truly care about every employee that works here, even helping employees who have been let go to find other opportunities. Just because you're not part of our team does not mean you're no longer a part of the family.

Every single person is passionate and plugged in to the company vision and values. I can't say enough about the feeling of enjoying going to an office and knowing that each and every person there also feels that way.

Coworkers are great and fun to be around, great location, flexibility most of the time, benefits are good, pay is ok.
|
At first I thought the company was a great place to work however with the added years of my employment leadership really suffered in many ways. Leadership and Senior Management meetings were not productive, CEO and other local Partners had issues with the President who was remote, CEO could and was combative at times especially if you disagreed with his viewpoints, personal relationships that started outside of the business that were soon brought into the leadership group placed added pressure and made those that were in the leadership group feel uncomfortable during those meetings and conversations. Clock watching is never a good sign. Development of co-workers is key to success.
