Some of the employees who work there are pretty good to work with. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the good one's stick around. | Terrible pay, unrealistic deadlines, uncompensated overtime for non-exempt employees. I was (significantly) making less than 20/hr as an Engineer. Industry standard for same job was 50 - 65 / hr. Raises were more like insults rather than pay increases (like 25 cents an hour after a pay increase freeze of 4 years!) Lots of broken promises.
