1) Amazing Growth

1) Very Poor Work Life Balance ( My first job out of college and I already feel burnt out)
2) No recognition at work (I work 12+ hours a day and sometimes on weekends as well, yet there is no appreciation for my work)
3) Very Basic HR department ( Their work is to onboard new employees. Have hardly seen any step taken towards improving employee morale)
4) Poor Management ( Never received any feedback. Never got appreciation for a difficult task. Only thing I have got is more work and no thanks.)
5) Exit to another company is difficult because of Niche Product.

1) Start valuing your employees instead of treating them as resources. And i do not mean those stupid activities like 'Painting' or 'Meditation' or etc for which no employee wants to waste time.
2) Have better employee policies in place. If this is not done soon, Senior Management will keep suffocating their subordinates with more work until they collapse.
