Supervisors, Admin and department bosses are unorganized. You will have to make sure you’re getting correct hours and they will just say you don’t have to come in when they think they have enough staff for the day and you’ll lose a day of work. No matter how many degrees or certifications you have you will only make up to $13.

Absent days policy needs to be updated. Allowing only 6 days of absences in a 6 month period does not reflect reality. Medical/health leave needs to be updated and gaurunteed to not jeopardize work when staff is providing correct Drs papers to show why they need to be out of work for a certain amount of time.
