Very weird...
|
Resigned due to strange behaviors by certain staff members..
The HR had no sensibility regarding hearsay issues, or input about the substitute experience in that district..
The staff is generally a jealous bunch.. so it you are Professional, decisive, creative... They really don't want you around... Like most GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS.. Homeschool your kids!!

OHSD provides great benefits and opportunities for advancement (to a degree). Administrators don't micro-manage, and they provide support in day-to-day work as needed. Great staff camaraderie.
