When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.

An out and out tech company with amazing benefits

Fortunate enough to work under an amazing manager.The company has people geographically distributed and hence allowed for working remote.They had free lunches,massage for employees.
Biggest drawback is lack of vision for the company and frequent layoffs.

Great Place to Intern

Great place to get a start. Free food, really nice people, casual dress. I had a lot of crossover and collaboration with other teams and everyone was very supportive. Employee resource groups are also a great aspect.
On the other hand, the company as a whole was going through major changes while I was there. I would have loved to stay on full-time if they had room for me!

Pros:
-Work Life balance was the best
-Smooth leave policy
-Excellent work culture
-Supportive team
-Manager was very supportive
-Food and Cab facility provided
Cons
-Was on third party contract role and was informed that there would be conversion to FTE within a year. There was no sign of it even after 1.5 year. Basically, decision making/hiring are lengthy procedures.
-No hikes even after 1.5 year in the org.
