Good luck trying to look past them
The comment previously made about the pay being low is absolutely true.
Most people are there because it's a job and take no pride in their work. They couldn't care less if the company fails or not. The company has taken the approach of hiring temporary workers revently vs full time because it's cheaper and saves the company money and liability.
There is absolutely 0 accountability. There is no HR department so people say and do what they want, including a CEO that has no filter and is completely unprofessional.
A number of people abuse their lunch breaks and leave early because nobody checks and nobody cares.
Everything said previously about the CEO is 100% true
Everything said previously about the morale and work is true
Everything said previously about the revolving door is true. The good people dont stay because the pay is low and you can easily find something better. Also no chance of promotion and pay bumps. They keep telling you that you will grt one but never do. It's always "based on company performance"
The company seems to be in bad shape but always continues to run with horrible operations.

Very difficult to get anything done to change the business for the better. Suggestions are shot down and the CEO micromanages everything. If the CEO doesnt like it, it doesnt happen. Considering the CEO doesnt know anything about the business, he is destroying the company by being so involved. He needs to exit now. The effects of this are shown in the operations of the company which are a disaster. The warehouse in the back cant function properly because the building should be knocked down.
The company is a revolving door and people leave almost on a weekly basis because it's not a stable environment.
If you apply here, be sure to have something lined up and be ready to leave. This company may not be around much longer. You can easily find something better because salaries paid here need to fit into the CEOs budget. That budget is as small as possible because it's an expense to the bottom line.

The place is disgusting. Bugs everywhere. There haven't been reviews or raises in years. We were asked to complete a survey about how things are going and never heard results or how things are being addressed. CEO should not be CEO. Doesn't care about people at all. Management thinks they've gifted us with a job.
