There are favoritism among the drivers. The no touch cell policy can hurt you especially if you have a inside outside cameras install in your truck. If truck breakdown they will not lend you one.

The dispatchers plays favortism with loads. In the fall work gets will slow. The mechanics are lazy, don't like to work. Hr will fired you in a heartbeat.

Decent Pay
|
Linden pays well if your a company driver but the LP program takes patience and serious dedication. Until you get the escrow paid up its very hard to make it but some guys make it. Management seems somewhat inaccessible to drivers. Dispatch is okay but attention to detail is not their strong suit. The Equipment is okay freightliner Cascadia 10sp but the tanks are the dirtiest ragedy things I've ever had the pleasure to haul however the pumps a very good. The shop personnel is hit or miss depending on how they feel.

Managment just acts like they care. Theres a power ego with the dispatchers. They want you to do things their way even if it's wrong and dangerous.Everyone there blames the drivers for everything. They offer NO protection from the Corona virus for their drivers even tho an employee was positive. They didn't call a cleaning company to desinfect the place. NOTHING

Company is no good linden terminal they tell you liars over and over they do not pay you your money they keep your money they give you them Run down trucks that’s always in the shop you paying for you ask to talk to a manger Regarding your pay or trucks the guy is never available to talk some how get in contact with you if you do something wrong stay away from this company you will lose everything you have
