Generally, the environment in the team is great, which makes day-to-day work really easy. Contact with management (within your area) is very direct, which is both positive, in the sense that you get to directly work with the C-Level manager directly, but negative in the sense that the knowledge and experience gap within your team can be big. The company is investing big in BI, which is both encouraging and useful for everyone's work. Flex work system is great for work-life balance. As said in advantages, short teams mean that promoting to a position of higher responsibility is difficult, as is having a direct non C-Level manager to learn more from. Cross-team work and communication is bad, which means that teams prioritize work depending on what they are interested in rather than in what the company or other teams might need. They have gone into micro-management, constant poking to employees, putting pressure on them and asking for clear estimations EVERY DAY. I understand that being a YES person is nice and you will eventually get promoted, but if there is no people because we flee away, you will get dumped too. It is sad to see my old colleagues turn into bullies from one day to another, because of the ( promised ) money. It is just greedy, though I will think the humans are designed that way...
