There are no pros to working at Omega Morgan.
|
Sales are down, stress is high, new bank will pull loan, no one wants to invest in a bad company. This company isn't going anywhere soon except on the path to bankruptcy. The employees who invested in stock won't get any of that money back. There is no cash with vendors all begging to get paid. If you are offered a job here, turn the other way and run.

Good pay, a lot of the employees are family oriented, about 50/50. Executive team only sees dollar value. Managers fake reports to save thereselves. Last year and a half has become very negative place to work.

High turnover rate, hostile work environment, cut throat management. Employees walk around stressed if there next to lose their job. Like deer in headlights.

Exciting work, some great people were working at the company.

Very high CEO turnover since being bought by investment bankers. Just a rudder less shell left of what was once a great company.
Can't pay their vendors on time, always short on money. Two tiered rules for employees if you are not a VP bootlicker. Workplace harassment by leaders goes unchecked. If your female you might want to think twice before working there.
