The work was good, but the management was out of control. They had probably 15 foremans and maybe 3 of them actually knew the job, the rest just knew a supervisor.

I truly enjoy working for Omega Morgan. The location I was at was temporary and I need something permanent. Management is amazing. A fun environment and everyone does their job. Everyone is helpful and focused on teamwork.

Be careful working for this company, recently a new C.E.O took over and the company has tanked drastically. Lack of consistent work, and a in house "good ol boy" system. The foreman are great to work for aside from a few select ones. The problem with the company is its higher up leadership or a lack there of. I would not reccomend this place for employment to anyone.

Once a good place to work. New CEO is just a puppet to the board of directors and is in over his head. Previous crane companies he was in charge at went down the drain. Watch your back as there are plenty of knives waiting to stab you with.
