Management cares about employees success and work life balance. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. This is my happy place and I cannot imagine ever leaving a company that cares so much about their employees. Management tries very hard to be accommodating to scheduling needs and training opportunities. It is just a happy place to be. People who work here want to come in and do a great job as a result of the positive culture. They don't care about the customers. Just keeping in touch with the borrowers would benefit them greatly. But instead they are looking at their cell phones all day instead of working. Keep this up and you will lose all of your business, little by little but it will happen. Better customer service so borrowers don't keep coming in because you can't close a loan in less than three months and their rate lock keeps getting blown. There is no sense of urgency to work the files and get them closed, it's just whatever...Stop hiring people that have no experience in the mortgage industry, when you have perfectly good and experienced people that could do the job and lift up your company reputation. Loan officers don't care either about the customer, they only care about their commission check. I was never stressed at this job. I loved the leadership and everyone I worked with. I worked in the corporate office. If you want to move up you better hope the persons position you want leaves because everyone has been there for a very long time.
