Great team environment. I find there is much room for growth within the company. I am challenged to constantly think of new ways to improve the company and expand my knowledge. Most of all this is a very fun place to work because what we do is meaningful and allows us to help connect people in need with people willing to help. Overall a very good place to work!

It's a startup that's very small and can give you a lot of responsibilities right out of the gate.
|
There's very poor management. It's also a very toxic environment to be in. There were no technical decisions made and no long-term vision of the company. It seemed like the only focus was to continually reduce the bottom-line to make it seem like the company was becoming profitable, yet that only caused frustration from the technical staff and a high burn-rate across all of the departments. The technical staff was discouraged from using best practices when developing the product to just push as many features out the door as possible, which ended up being a tangled web of poorly written code after a while.
