- This company is going places. During my time there, I have watched it go through tremendous growth.
- Everyone works in close proximity to one another. There is a shared understanding of the company's mission and goals, and lots of accommodation for personal needs.
- There's a real chance to be heard and make a difference.

OMI is still finding it's way, and the workflow is disorganized. Sometimes it's hard to keep up or understand what you're supposed to be doing. This is why it's best for creative types who are ready to think outside the box.

The CEO is a savvy woman in business. Her attitude and management style helps us to be comfortable and motivated in our work for the company and in life.
Work is consistent and we are allowed to complete projects with agency as well as introduce new ideas.

A lot of independent time management to make sure everything is completed to standard. Occasional sharing/passing of projects is not streamlined.

Reasonable pay for tech hub San Francisco. Offices were always nice nice locations.

Demanding boss who is all over the place. Too many random projects I couldn't really focus on being good at just one thing.
