Nice team mates. Nice office and location. Lack of soft skills of managers , lack of vision. So many strategic changes. Lot of people have been fire whithin less than a year. As a previous comment said, it's a lunatic with zero knowledge of it's own business. He doesn't even know the names of the employees, and with such a small company like this (around 20 people) it's a sign of the importance he gives to the people. Thank God I didn't have to report to him! Almost 50% of the employees have been fired because of the terrible management that ruined this company. Good professionals have been working and still work in the company, but the only option to save Only-apartments is to find someone qualified to run the company. Priorities are set by quick fixes to solve endemic problems, too much short-term-ism, hiring talented people and then not acting on their advice. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 4.0 3.0 1.0 4.0 2.0 751887 Open Management seem to hire a lot of very intelligent people from good backgrounds but don't listen to them, instead, listening to employees with little experience who don't understand always the fundamentals & complexities of online business. An employee who has lots of quick fix solutions (whether they are well thought out or not), will be listened too and believed ahead of solid, but perhaps, harder, long term solutions. This is down to the company owners unfortunately lacking experience - that said - no leader knows everything, but a good leader can recognise talent, listen and prioritise. Good location near the metro. The company is going bankrupt, therefore they have been firing people and now staff is lacking, which led to staff not being able to help all customers. Do not expect to see your contract being renewed. There is a high turnover and a lot of new employees decide to quite as soon as they realise that the company has no ethics with customers. The high number of workers in the IT department compared to other departments is just ridiculous. You will see IT workers surfing on Youtube and not even accepting to help you if you have an issue. Each manager in the company is lacking management skills and do not expect to learn anything during the so -called training, there is none, they just leave you in front of the computer. Furthermore, meetings for newly introduced guidelines and plateforms are poorly prepared since managers do not have any idea of what is really going on. Maybe get all the employees from each department sat around a table and talk about the main issues. They can be flexible with scheduling. Everything. I am surprised that they have not gone bankrupt yet. I've seen so many people come and go - no one in any higher-up position can stand to be here for more than a few months at the sheer frustration of working here. The company itself has no ethics, I would never recommend to anyone to use this website, let alone work here. It makes me nervous just to think of how many people's vacations we have ruined... Just read the reviews of this website on TrustPilot, or anywhere else, it's embarrassing. They also rely on hoping their employees will not be aware of labor laws, and try to screw them out of their legal rights. This will one day come back to bite them, and I hope they learn their lesson. The owner is a lunatic who lives in a bubble and has no idea what actually goes on. And it's because of this that the company is failing. The company is not transparent, the organisation is a mess, the salaries are very low and the communication is very poor. I have seen more managers being fired here in less than a year, than I have seen in my entire life. They employ qualified and experienced people and get them fired within a year. There is no soul in this company. All in all, very disappointing.
