It feels like employees are hired to inflate the price the company can eventually be sold for. It is a peculiar situation to be caught up in. At the same time development of the product has almost ground to a halt and there are several colleagues with not much to do.

Sometimes very strong bonds can form between employees and OpenFin being a small startup with regular events greatly facilitates this. However it can lead to jealousy and people turning against each other.

Very relaxed environment where everyone cares most about the bottom line and getting stuff done. Managers are very easy to talk to and make considerable effort to make everyone feel included and able to voice concerns. The emphasis on opensource is an additional plus

I don't have any serious complaints. No we are not perfect and yes conflicts arise, but every conflict I've seen or been apart of was resolved by both parties.
