Lots of incredibly smart and friendly people without egos work here. There are way less meetings and the team is way more efficient than at any other place I've worked. All of the founders/managers are very approachable and receptive to ideas. We get to invent the future of the physical security industry. Openpath seems destined to become a giant player in the physical security space.
