People had fun working together and the atmosphere is definitely team-oriented. Everyone respects each other's work (we work hard and this is a results-driven company) and we all got along well. I must say that the stock options and health/vision/dental insurance were also great. I felt like I had the support I needed to succeed and my work was valued by management. Overall, I loved my experience at Opposing Views and am excited to watch the company continue to grow. | The only con about working at Opposing Views is that the goals were sometimes a bit lofty, however, it inspired employees to work extra hard to achieve them.
