1 or 2 middle managers, 3-4 senior managers of which overall only 1 or 2 can give you guidance. Others have literally very less knowledge.
Has no concept of casual leaves. Gives only 12 leaves in a year.
Employees do not seem to stay more than a year here nor is the management interested in retaining good employees
