Unlimited PTO, but they watch you very closely.

No ability to move up. You can move sideways to other platforms but up? not really.
Management will not show you what right looks like and when they do they put you in a PIP and they don't call it a PIP saying it's not a PIP. They will lie to your face. Also found out that one particular manager said that some times I was not available and that's a lie.
Management will send emails every week saying you're doing great, getting hopes up that you're going to get out to then tell you at the last meeting that you didn't do sufficient when in reality you were doing more than others.
Some co workers are very hard to work with. Example of answering a question with a question.
If you ever go to the SIEM team please be warned of this sketchy behavior.

If you're going to put someone in a PIP call it what it is. Don't lie about it. Also, please show new engineers what right looks like from the get go so they can keep it up. To the CEO if he ever sees this. You might want to take a look at your SIEM team. You can call this disgruntled or whatever, but it's my reality. I was brought up without a manager and no one to really show me whats right when it comes to tickets. I survived by working as best as I could. Whenever I got a manager I got asked to go to another platform as the platform I was on was dying. I accepted and started studying, but my SO went into labor and I had to be there. After paternity leave my chance was taken away and I came back to the platform I was originally on. I then got another chance to go into another platform. I accepted and transferred. That's when everything went downhill. I was doing work as I knew how to do it from my other platform as no one showed me that the standard in this new platform was different. I then got put in a performance notice and asked if this is a PIP in which the manager replied No this is not a PIP. What a lier you are.
Be warned, this company does not have the best interest in you.
