To be honest I didn’t expect to be this gratefully for this job, it was my forst job other than to be a lifeguard or a water polo coach and I was pretty scared of sitting in a office , but at the end the people , co workers helping others was just a great experience. I have learned to multi task, keep an organized communication between multiple people and improvise when difficult situations come up. I have the workplace culture be a place where I can foster learning and cater to anyones different learning styles. The hardest part of the job is to make sure all students are challenged to their appropriate technical and learning abilities. The most enjoyable part of the job is creatng an increased level of interest and passion in the subject matter.
