Sincerely the best company I’ve ever worked for/with

I truly love this company. I’ve never worked for a company that cares as much as Orb for their employees! They truly make you feel like apart of the “family”. Very very few cons, amazing pros! I’ve seen several of the reviews below & can most definitely say these are coming from former employees who never held their weight on their teams, were not professional, etc. Orb is a fantastic company to work for & is such a blessing! The only con that affects me is the pay... Pay used to be much better but it’s still better than some others in the area. I’ve been here longer/have more experience than some other employees & some of them make more than me sadly, and I say this because I’ve worn many hats within the company & gone above & beyond my job titles & am always praised for this but it’s not reflected in my pay. I can live with it but hope to one day be seen for my worth pay-wise! The benefits aren’t great but that’s just about with any company these days. The company and the environment is worth the only 2 cons I’ve listed. I hope to be with Orb for many more years to come!!

lied about benefits. Promised them and when it came to it they flaked out. Kept delaying and making excuses. The mother of the ceo was trying to do HR work and run day to day functions.

Management that we deal with in the office leaves a lot to be desired, it was supposed to be better but than previous management but that’s not really the case. No follow up and still no benefits. Friendly people overall except a weird vibe from unorganized leadership

If you like call center work

This job is basically call center work from home. The more calls you make the more money and praise. It’s not their concern if the customers/clients (not considered patients) don’t answer the phone, you better do what you can and get them closed out for the month...your pay depends on it. The nurses were very nice and professional. No benefits

The job is at times stressful due to constant changes but it is also a rewarding position. It's more than passing pills to a unit of residents. You work hand in hand with the PCP, we ensure pts needs be addressed in a timely manner, ensure pts are up to date with preventive care screenings, provide education r/t pts DX, ex.
There is great teamwork all around. Pay is well above average for LPN's in the Southcoast area. Overall highly recommended.
