Everyone is very nice and friendly. The work environment is good as well. No micromanaging going on. Everyone is always there to answer questions. There is not much if any room for growth at all which is a HUGE con in my opinion. I worked in the IT dept. for a year, during that time I was not evaluatedon my performance, trained, or offered ANY opportunity to grow, despite smashing company goals for the IT department on a consistent month to month basis. The work environment is extremely unprofessional with profanity flying across the office so loud that can be echoed from the next floor. Management is always on vacation or missing days of work causing stress and anxiety to the team. I have since then resigned my position and not even a week later, I am now being informed that Orthosynetics is outsourcing it IT dept. and terminating employees next week WITHOUT any type of severance package. This is downright unethical in my opinion.
