Insurance is good if you never get sick or hurt
There is no work\life balance. Especially if a client gets your cell phone number. You are given instruction on how to work from home and then expected to.
There is no advancement. Someone has to quit or retire. There is no growth.
IT is in shambles. Marketing runs the company. Accounting may be the only group that has their stuff together.

Beginning at OrthoSynetics you will be met with an almost fairytale story of what to expect from your time there as long as you show loyalty and commitment.
If you’re naive enough to continue to stay after several broken promises, like myself, then they will cruelly continue to feed you whatever story necessary to keep you there until you finally realize how stupid you were to believe such nonsense and leave.
If you’re a young naive 20-something looking to be cruelly broke in while you are still formulating what you think of the world, then 10 out 10, you have found your home.

Don’t bother applying for this company. You will regret it. They only hire blacks to keep their minority quota. The workers are racist and will make racist remarks. The new CEO came in, pretended to be nice and fired EVERYONE. Please run from this sinking ship. If you’re not in Marketing, don’t apply because doctors aren’t signing on for anything else. They will outsource everything else except maybe HR, accounting and marketing.

This company used to be great to work for until they started selling out. Marketing team does not offer anything that sets the company apart. Managers are deceiving. If you are a hard-worker, you are not recognized but if you do the bare minimum, you are praised. What are friends for, right? If there is an issue, only one party is spoken with, which in turn, doe snot offer you an opportunity to speak your side. People lacking skills are promoted due to friendships within the company.
Training is not offered, lack of communication. Common sense is frowned upon. Beautiful view though, as many coworkers have enjoyed staring at the rain out the windows.

Orthosynetics was a decent place to work. It involves a lot of end user support, which is always challenging, and was perpetually short staffed, but everyone was willing to help out and support each other. Issues were dealt with professionally.
