-Easy entry into the world of phone sales/tech startup life
-Can be fun to work at if accepted by the internal cliques
-Stereotypical office perks(snacks, lunch sometimes, etc.)

NO WORK LIFE BALANCE WHATSOEVER... Type of company that will shame you if you leave at 5:30.. I've referred multiple people here after leaving and the experience they've shared with me is absolutely appalling.. being publicly shamed to work till 7:30/8:00 at night and for a sub par salary compensation. It's pathetic and the people responsible for this should be ashamed. This behavior drives talent away from the sales community it doesn't foster or build anyone up. Dont read the good reviews.. dont be fooled by the best place to work awards, its all driven internally to give the appearance of something this company is not.

Do BETTER,STOP allowing managers to shame entry level employees. STOP enforcing insane effort metrics that arent even relevant to actual performance. Not sure who needs to read this but increasing metrics as high as they are only motivates someone to focus on making more calls.. not having quality ones. Maybe then youd be able to retain some form of talent outside of the ones who have been getting fed inbounds for years.

Your contribution makes a real impact on the business as a whole, regardless of your role. That can feel empowering. It's technically a start-up, and the informality of it is liberating at times (but, of course, most of this has to do with your dept/manager). Some cool, progressive peers. Tons of communicable experience to be had.

Veneer of care and comradery, pretty cutthroat, demanding, and cold for the size of company it is.. The product itself was fairly uninspiring, and creative development seemed thwarted by overall company goal being acquisition (opinion). CEO seemed disingenuous and didn't seem to take responsibility for obvious blunders (opinion).
