Neither Marvin or Viola put on airs and both are solely focused on results - no politics and no drama. The company is awesomely mission driven - they are building something which is profitable and is changing the African continent all without being in the public eye. | You have no life; and there is ZERO patience for excuses. In addition, turnover is high - you get two chances and then you're out. Weekends are often workdays and there is a saying "there is no tomorrow" - so there is a ruthless focus on delivering immediately.
