The office culture is great and people care about each other. They are flexible on time and even remote- working is possible. There are few employees who worked remotely even before the COVID-19 pandemic. The 401k benefit though starts after a year, and the amount they match will be reflected to your account after 5 years. Also, the firm promoted an integrative design approach, but the principles' decision won't take them there any time soon.
