The residents, are awesome individuals
|
Hostile environment, upper management don’t appreciate staff. Work load high demand! Expected to work off the clock for free! Never give raises ever! Resident neglect, never enough staff, one MA expected to deliver meds to almost 40 people! One MA to care for 40 residents on a daily basis every shift! No help from upper management!

Owasso OGO I worked 80 + hours a week and I was salary. Very under pay to due to everything I had to fix .

Residents and their families. The core nursing staff awesome. Front desk and sales great . Kitchen staff fabulous. Life enrichment director new but is learning. Maintence Director very sweet.

Management is lazy and don’t want to help and wants to point fingers at the wrong person. Management is more worried about making money than taking care of the residents. The residents pay large amount to live here. They don’t have enough food or even snacks. They don’t even have back up generators. I was told that families supply gloves. How can they do that in this pandemic? Associates don’t even take breaks but the executive director will dock them as they took them . I was fired due to Covid coming into the building. Upper management blamed me 🤔 .

Look into the mirror once in awhile . You may only see your self but your in charge of how many residents, families of residents, associates, and associates families? Your family? How can you blame the pandemic on one nurse? Praying for your company
