The problem with this company is the CEO. Here are a few things that should provide individuals who want to join the company as red flags: - You are expendable, you cannot speak your mind, everything about the product must go through the CEO - You will be on the hot seat every now and then when the CEO wonders why production is so slow, but this is due to the CEO's bad leadership on making decisions and pulling the trigger - You will end up re-building the product many times, the CEO believes if you refactor the product enough, it will magically become perfect - There is quite a bit of brown nosing with the CEO. Either you follow him blindly or you're out of the company I've seen fellow colleagues either forced out or just leave due to the toxic environment the CEO has created.
