A bad company to work with

My manager hired someone with no education and no experience to be a senior manager with maximum salary. I dont know how HR approved it but it was not a pleasant experience at all. There is no SOP for anything at all and I dont even know where is the company direction. Overall, it was not a good place to have a career or even working.

色々なバックグランドの人達が集まっていて楽しかった。個性的な人が多かった印象だった。マネージメントに問題あり。経験が浅い人が上についていたりした。AIテクノロジーで稼働率に沿ってホテルの値段を決定することを売りにしていたが、システム自体が全くだめで、問題多発で使いにくい。給与のバラつきもあり、入社時の交渉を上手く行った人の勝ち。
