They were 100% transparent with us every step of the way, and they always let us know that their #1 priority was that everyone would be able to keep their jobs. I will alway's be grateful for my time @ PC Richards & Sons......I still have maintained relationships with employee's after all these years being away from PC Richards & Son.....My time there was so rewarding & I will never forget my time @ PC Richards & Son......I learned how to sell & relate to customers......I was also taught the correct way of treating customers as well as Listening to learn how to truly solve problems and be of service to my customers...........The culture that was set up @ PC Richards help me to retain relationships that I continue to this day...... Richard & Son Supervisor New York, NY USA Great sales experience This was my first ever sales job and I’m extremely grateful. I learned a lot working here. Partly because their training is so good, and partly because the people I worked with didn’t have a competitive bone in their body – at least, not the bad kind. But even my supervisor and those in management were always friendly and approachable. The total opposite of what I’ve experienced at other companies. A little stressful during busier hours but nothing you can’t handle after working here for a few months. 40 hour work weeks are nice. Richard & Son Marketing Long Island, NY USA High earning potential Decent base pay. You can make a whole lot more through commissions. Essentially the harder you work the more you can potentially pocket at the end of the day. On top of that the leadership of the company actually treat their employees well.
