I would give them a higher mark for culture except they don't practice what they preach. They rolled out a new set of values but none of them seem to fit the organization.
|
It's an accounting firm with minimal creative production without a desire to do better. If you work in accounting or strategy, you'll probably be given a lengthy period of time for work. If you're in creative, minimal time. There's not much collaboration unless it's a scheduled 1-on-1 (gripe session), and communication is poor at best. Clients are ho-hum. There's zero transparency from the top down though everything has to be communicated from an imaginary rainbow lens of untruths. Everything they do is to barely keep the lights on.

For the most part, the people are great to work with. They want to do a great job and are very collaborative.
|
The leadership of the organization does not really lead. Some of the practices used to win new business are questionable - overstating capabilities, pricing that is not profitable, and discussing work for other customers without their consent. Additionally, they are vastly understaffed leading to most employees being overworked with little regard for the long-term consequences.
