Great if you like fast paced companies
|
Company is great culture wise when I was working here, but very fast paced. You'll find yourself switching to different jobs a lot and your time divided up to the point where you don't get everything you need to do. Upper management is also the final say in whatever you do and if your portfolio doesn't work out you will not stay long, even if you've been here for more than 10 years like I have.

Small company politics but I had the best manager and the people were great. They do try to make it a good experience for current employees with food trucks and other perks.

Fun work enviornment, low pay

I really love working at this agency. The vibe, the collaboration, the overall environment is great...I just wish I didn't have to look for another job to supplement my income. The "holiday bonus" is also laughable...but I guess it's better than nothing.

I'm willing to bet they tasked people to leave good reviews on here. 😂 PACE is always aspiring to appear hip and cool, but like the 5 star reviews on here it's fake. It was a better place to work a few years, before CW got ousted and JW came in. Many of the good people left, and a new culture that rewarded obsequity rather than excellence settled in.
