Excellent middle management. A gym on site that you can use before or after work or on your lunch break. Very good health insurance at a very affordable cost. Seem to take on too many large scale projects at once. Over the past six years there have been three mass layoffs. Claim to allow for flexibility in schedules, but there's really not much flexibility to be had. Mostly expected to be there 8-5 M-F.
