Home daily was great being a single father but the micromanagement is overbearing to say the least. Almost daily emails that mostly repeat themselves regarding saftey topics that are common sense for any good driver.

Acquired to be self-sufficient for about 9 hours plus every day inside a tractor cab so it was pretty easy job, those great pay only regret I have is I wish I was still doing the job,

not many managers knew standard procedures and other new employees were poorly trained. Equipment was neglected and beat by employees. My field supervisor although did everything possible to keep our crews needs met and everything running.

A typical day at work was unloading and loading trucks and trailers. Going to different locations and airports to mix chemical for the airplane. Also it was a lot of tiring hours and a lot of hands on work.

Heavy work load and rough management

I learned a lot of new skills while working for Pacific Ag. Management is ROUGH so be weary. I met a lot of new friends and enjoyed (for the most part) everyone that I worked with and when I say everyone I worked with, I mean the crew managers and other operators NOT MANAGEMENT. If you want to make some good money for a summer job this one's for you. HEAVY WORK LOAD so be ready to work and work a TON of hours. NO TIME OFF.
