Many members of staff from other departments now been passed on to a new company in other part of the country due to loss of contracts which is leading to redundancies which wont show up on pacificas redundancy list! Morale was so low before so god knows what its like in there now.. members of staff given orders not to put things on social media incase pacifica (0800 repair) looks bad!! Glad I got out when I did...

I've worked here for 2 and half years and so far the company has done a great job of creating a fun environment that also motivates people to be their best. We all work together as a team, with one another and within and between departments. The work we carry out on the team I am part of is diverse and sometimes challenging however help and support is readily available by all of our Management team. We have access to a clean kitchen with seating areas for our lunch breaks that is fully stocked with beverage options at no cost to ourselves, and a wall mounted flat screen TV for entertainment during this time.
Being Innovative – the company is always seeking new ways to stay a step ahead of the industry and is open to feedback and ideas.
Progression is available to those that seek it and support is given with development for those who show interest.

I first started for Pacifica coming up to 6 year ago, I was a customer service advisor. Since then I have been a supervisor, team manager and now into my new role. Opportunities are endless . Real family feel to the atmosphere. Completed courses through the company which I am really grateful for.
