Zero communication between all departments Owners do bare minimum, but micromanage everything you say and do and they will lie to you about raises and getting "top dollar". This "family owned" company they take so much pride in is a joke. Unless you're personally liked by the family, you won't be able to move up or get a raise. I've worked at different companies, big and small and Pacific Alarm Systems is 100% worst company I have ever worked for.
