Due to a relatively small size of the company it is looking for experienced right person and will wait for the right person to fill a position. As a result every person there is smart, creative, professional and great team player. The pay and benefits are competitive to other companies in this industry. Honestly it is an all-star company to work for.

Much is given but much is expected. As with many consulting companies sometime you should expect to "go beyond", while at other time you might have some capacity to learn new staff and bring something new to the table. The management encourage you to do that.

PCG tries to set up a management hierarchy, but ultimately the managers have no say in what they can do for their employees because the owners control everything... or try to, but they ultimately don't understand what is happening on the ground floor. Their micromanagement makes professional growth in the organization not only unachievable but also pointless. There is no positive side to being a manager. It makes it difficult to keep employees long term. The owners really need to re-evaluate how they control the company and really should get in touch with the people they hire in order to avoid the high turnover.

Maybe don't force/incentivize staff to give false positive reviews... they aren't realistic and some of them are just plain lies.
When you have an owner that says (in front of staff) "I don't understand why everyone is unhappy, we pay them," it paints quite a different picture than what is being suggested in other reviews.

Each one of our clients is different so you are able to create procedures based off of their specific needs. You learn a lot in a very short period of time and education and employee development is a high priority. Through weekly Employee Development meetings, you are able to discuss with your manager any issues you are having, any successes from that previous week and where you see yourself with the company. Pacific Crest Group is great when it comes to your work and personal life balance.

If you are someone who does not handle stress or fast paced environments well, this is not a good fit. Being self sufficient and being able to work on your own to figure things out is a huge part of this job. Although you have resources to help if need be, a lot of the time figuring out solutions on your own is best.
